Precautions for use of NSK bearing

1. Selection and control of tolerance of shaft and NSK bearing chamber: NSK bearing shall rotate flexibly without blocking feeling after being pressed into NSK bearing. If there is obvious inflexible rotation, it indicates that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance should be reduced. If NSK bearing rotates by hand after being pressed into the shaft, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, the roundness should also be controlled when controlling the tolerance of shaft and NSK bearing chamber. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but do not control the roundness.2. Assembly method of NSK bearing: because NSK bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly is easy to damage NSK bearing channel, resulting in NSK bearing damage. NSK bearing shall be equipped with special mold during assembly, and can not be knocked at will. When pressing in the shaft, only the small ring can be stressed, and when pressing the large ring, only the large ring can be stressed. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required during assembly. During press assembly, the upper and lower touch shall be outside the horizontal state. If there is inclination, the NSK bearing channel will be damaged due to stress and the NSK bearing will produce conduction sound.3. Prevention of assembly foreign matters: when NSK bearing is installed on the rotor for dynamic balance, it is easy to enter the iron filings generated during dynamic balance into NSK bearing, so it is best to perform dynamic balance before installing NSK bearing. In order to facilitate assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease in the NSK bearing chamber for lubrication effect during assembly, but it is often difficult for operators to control the amount. If more oil or grease is accumulated in the NSK bearing chamber, it is easy to enter the NSK bearing along the shaft when the NSK bearing rotates. It is better not to apply oil or grease to NSK bearing chamber. If it is necessary to apply, it shall be controlled and there shall be no accumulation in NSK bearing chamber.4. Prevention of paint rust: paint rust is often found in sealed motors. The sound of the motor is very good during assembly, but after it has been put in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large, and there is serious rust when removing NSK Bearings. In the past, many manufacturers thought it was the problem of NSK bearing. After our continuous publicity, the motor factory has realized that it is mainly the problem of insulating paint. This problem is mainly because the acidic substances volatilized from the insulating paint form corrosive substances at a certain temperature and humidity, which corrodes the NSK bearing channel and leads to the damage of NSK bearing. At present, only good insulating paint can be selected and assembled after drying and ventilation for a period of time.The service life of NSK bearing is closely related to manufacturing, assembly and use. It must be done well in each link in order to make NSK bearing in the best operation state and prolong the service life of NSK bearing1、 Dismantle1. First loosen the locking screw on the bearing eccentric sleeve with an Allen wrench, then insert a small iron rod into the counterbore on the top cover eccentric sleeve, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.2. Loosen the bolts fixing the bearing seat. Remove the bearing together with the bearing pedestal from the shaft. Before removing the bearing seat at one end of the shaft, loosen the bolts of the bearing seat at the other end of the shaft to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends.2、 Installation1. Before installing the imported bearing on the shaft, the fixing pin of the bearing sleeve must be pulled out, the surface of the journal must be polished smooth and clean, and the journal shall be coated with oil for rust prevention and lubrication (the bearing is allowed to rotate slightly on the shaft).2. Apply lubricating oil on the mating surface of bearing seat and bearing, and install the bearing into the bearing seat. Then put the assembled bearing and NSK bearing seat on the shaft and push it to the required position for installation.3. Do not tighten the bolts fixing the bearing seat first, and make the bearing sleeve rotate in the bearing seat. Similarly, install the bearing and seat at the other end of the same shaft, rotate the shaft for several turns, and let the bearing itself automatically align. Then fasten the bearing seat bolts.4. Install eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve and tighten it by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft. Then insert or counter the small iron rod into the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve. Knock the small iron rod along the rotation direction of the shaft with a hammer to make the eccentric sleeve firmly installed. Finally, lock the Allen screw on the eccentric sleeve.
